    A. NO. RedSeal is designed to benefit all notaries. RedSeal is totally scalable – we have a BASIC plan for the part-time notary working from home: PREMIUM plan for the solicitor notary and PREMIUM PLUS plan for the super-busy notary or multi-notary firm.

    Q. Is RedSeal easy to use?

    A. YES. There are prompts built in. And it comes with a handy user manual which, because it was written by a hands-on expert, it contains practical hints and tips



    Q. Will my client data be totally secure?

    A. YES. Your client data is held on a secure SQL server database behind a wall of firewalls and SSL security, constantly backed up to a cloud server and available for you to securely download separately for extra security and redundancy.


    What is the cost of the RedSeal Client Records and Document Management System?

    There is an initial set-up fee of £175 plus your monthly hosting fee based on usage per year. If you go over the client records limit or space usage you will automatically be upgraded to the next package rather than loose data or be stopped from working. You can always opt out of these options if you prefer.
